Dom Hotel, Via Giulia

We’ve heard good things about this 5 star luxury hotel set in a 17th Century aristocratic palace along the Via Giulia, in the heart of Renaissance Rome. With only 18 rooms including some large suites, this is a boutique hotel that Rome has been asking for. Design is key, and service is a close second.

Hotel Donna Camilla Savelli

This converted monastery in Trastevere,  at the edge of the Janiculum hill, is a quiet respite from the city within a short walk of many great cultural sites.
