I discovered this place on my way home the other day, biking through Trastevere. They make one thing: fried pizza. They use the best ingredients, from San Marzano tomatoes to fresh buffalo mozzarella. They fry up the round or half-round pizzas on the spot. And best of all, the place is well designed and comfortable, right down to the cast iron water spigot where you can fill up a glass with Rome’s best water, for free.
